What Are Serviced Apartments?
Serviced apartments, otherwise called corporate housing, apart-hotels, temporary rentals, interim housing, short-term accommodation, business rentals. All these are names for the same service : an exclusive, fully furnished and equipped apartment or executive home that's ready to move into.
A range of facilities and services are included depending upon each property. All rates are per apartment, per night, unless otherwise stated. For reservations of longer than one month, reductions are nearly always available.
What do you get with Us?
When you arrive at your apartment you will find a Wigwam welcome pack (including: fresh flowers; coffee and tea; 'What's on guide' with restaurant and bar reviews, city map, contact for transport, taxis and car rentals; newspapers; and a welcome hamper) to help you settle in.
The apartment is cleaned, the plants maintained and the bathroom and bedroom linen changed twice per week.
